Terry Ambrose

terry-240x319Terry started his business career skip tracing and collecting money from deadbeats. During his first day on the job, he learned that liars come from all walks of life. He never actually stole a car, but sometimes hired big guys with tow trucks and a penchant for working in the dark to “help” when negotiations failed.

Much like his protagonist inPhoto Finish, Terry is a baby boomer, has a quick wit, and likes to follow a hunch. He and his wife live in Southern California where they run their own small business. Terry enjoys walking, swimming, and writing. In addition to The McKenna Chronicles, “a blog about life, Hawaiian style, with a twist of grumpy.” he is working on his next novel.

350pih_300_cover_onlyI’m excited to announce the release of my debut mystery novel, Photo Finish. It’s about a former skip tracer who crosses paths with a beautiful con artist in Honolulu and learns that trouble in paradise would be easier to resist if she didn’t have such great legs. It’s a humorous mystery and, for now, is only available on e-book. That may change later, I’m not sure.
